Breaded wild turkey with a nice Chianti.... ok, I ain't much on the Chianti, heck-ee-darn, I can't hold much alcohol at all...so I guess a tiny sip or two?
First cut up the turkey into strips, then soak it in a 16 oz bottle of I-talion dressing (your choice), with a 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice. Add a dash of liquid Smoke in it, let soak for a couple of hours (wife wants me to type mari-nade, but hell, I can't spell that word, you guys get the drift!).
While soaking, or about when dun, beat-up an egg with a cup of whole milk, and dip the sliced up meat into that, then roll around in flour that has salt and pepper added, then deep fry until golden brown.
Taste good folks, and simple as hell.
My wife has had several people rave about this simple little recipe, and its fairly quick, heck "I" can even help a bit, instead of just watching and sneeking a piece here and there!
