Default Vitamins!

Ok folks, funny we haven't hit this topic before, once or twice, but I thought we should hit on it since so many of us like to stay healthy.

When I was a young crazy guy, I was taking somewhere around 30 to 60 vitamins a day.
The crazy part, some of those same vitamins could have done internal damage to some of my organs....but I won't know till I'm older!

Now I limit it to just a few "safe" vitamins.

Vitamin C (of cource! many wonders with this stuff!)
Vitamin D (a true fighter of Cancer! Just don't overdue it!)
Niacin (a big fighter of heart problems! But too much will make you feel tired!)
Fish Oil (ok, I'm still not sure of all the benefits of this one, but the wife makes me take it...trying to make me smarter maybe??? Just watch for the mercury content of the cheap stuff!)
