Have had it for a few days now, very good spotter, the tripod is just ok. First focal plane is great, fairly clear through the powers (most lower budget spotter tend to loose a lot on higher powers)

Wish it had 1/2 mil marks - but can still figure mils by .1 with cheat sheet and mil-dot master

Pat, how far away is the house? How much does the spotter cost? What kind of light were you in? Dang I'm getting to be like Toes' with all these questions! Course that isn't all bad.....

Normaly $360 from Opticsplanet / Cameraland, picked this one up of the Hide for $260 used, the more i use it the better i like it, House was across the river ??? mile-mile half ?

Even a lot nicer for mil rangefinding than Nightforce scope, X45 is nice

I read a review somewhere about spotting scopes that ranked a Bushnell (Sentry?) as the best low-cost spotter. I would really like a Leupold 15-45HD, but for the price I will have to look at the Bushnell!

I picked one up used. I have to say its a darn nice spotter for the money. Mine has glass as good as my Leupold. I dont know how they will hold up in field and not likely to find out soon. Back is goof'd
